Day 1. Almaty - Charyn canyon
08.00 Meeting with the guide. Transfer to the Charyn canyon (220 km, 3 hours).
Charyn Canyon is sometimes called the “little brother” Grand Canyon. "Junior" it can only be called because of the size, but this is more than compensated for by the amazing beauty of the natural complex. The canyon is 154 km long and 300 m deep.
11.00 Arrival at the Charyn canyon. During a visit to the Charyn canyon, you can enjoy a stunning view of the huge gorge with rocks of different colors. The canyon is part of the territory of the Charyn National Park, and you will have the opportunity to see the valley of castles with rocks similar to towers.

15.00 Walk around the neighborhood.

Day 2. Charyn Canyon - Kaiyndy Lake
08.00 Breakfast
09.00 Transfer to the excursion to Lake Kaiyndy (100 km, 2 hours).
11.00 Arrival at Lake Kaiyndy. Walk around the neighborhood
13.00 Lunch
14.00 Horseback riding near Kaiyndy Lake

Day 3. Lake Kaiyndy - Lake Kolsai 1 - Lake Kolsai 2 - Lake Kolsai 1

09.00 Transfer to the lake Kolsay 1 (15 km, 30 minutes).
09.30 Arrival at the lake Kolsay 1. Walk around the neighborhood.
11.00 Track to the lake Kolsai 2 (8 km one way, 3 hours, horseback riding is possible).
13.00 Lunch break during the tour.
15.00 Return to the lake Kolsai - 1.

Day 4. Lake Kolsai 1 - Red Mountains
08.00 Breakfast.
09.00 Transfer to the Bartogai reservoir (140 km, 3 hours).
Our next stop will be the amazingly beautiful Bartogay reservoir, which is located in the same tract in the floodplain of the Chilik river between the Toraigyr and Soghetta mountains, partitioned off by a 60-meter high dam with a height of 60 meters and a complex of culverts. The Bartogai reservoir is designed to accumulate water in winter and to power fields in summer along a 160 km long canal.
12.00 Arrival at the reservoir. Here, fishing enthusiasts can catch fish. And lovers of picnics in the open air, can relax in the shade of trees in a small grove, where especially for these purposes
13.00 Lunch
14.00 Transfer to the Red Mountains or the Red Canyon - a very beautiful tract in the Assy gorge (30 km, 1 hour).
The main attraction here is the outcrop of sedimentary rocks in the form of peaked peaks and fancy sculptures. The array is quite large in area, and is located in the form of small canyons and gorges. By structure, these red rocks are somewhat similar to the cliffs of the Charyn canyon, but since they are in the mountains, among the greenery, they look even more spectacular, due to the contrast. Colors vary depending on the lighting - from yellowish-beige in the morning to blood red at sunset.

Day 5. Red mountains - Assy plateau - Batan tract
08.00 Breakfast
09.00 Transfer to Assy plateau (20 km, 1 hour).
10.00 Arrival at the Assy plateau.
11.00 Walk through the neighborhood, meet the locals.

14.00 Transfer to the tract Batan (50 km, 1 hour)
15.00 Arrival at the guest house in the tract Batan.
Batan is a favorite tourist destination. There are a lot of mushroom places. Most often there are milk mushrooms, wild mushrooms, boletus mushrooms. In this part of the Turgen Gorge, there are the only on Tien Shan, declared a natural monument, Chinturgen moss spruce forests with an area of almost 90 hectares: among the dense spruce forest up to 60 cm deep covering the permafrost on steep northern slopes. Spruce Shrenka grows predominantly on the northern slopes, sometimes with rather extensive paintings, and reaches up to 3000 meters.

Day 6. Batan tract - Kairak waterfall - Bear waterfall - Batan tract
08.00 Breakfast.
09.00 Horseback riding to the Kairak waterfall (8 km, 2 hours one way).
The height of the Kairak waterfall is more than 55 meters. A very picturesque forest and wide road leads to it. The distance in one direction is about 8 km. This means that the entire pedestrian path, along with pauses, will take you five hours.
On the way to the waterfall, you will have the opportunity to visit the Chinturgensky mossy spruce forests. These spruce forests grow on moss up to 80 centimeters thick. Chinturgen moss forests are a natural monument and are protected by UNESCO and the state.

15.00 Trekking to the Bear Falls (1.2 km, 20 minutes one way)
Bear Falls is located on the river Karagayly. The Karagaily river originates from the southern slopes of the ridge, which is the northernmost spur of the Trans-Ili Alatau, stretching from west to east. The well-stuffed and well-equipped hiking trail leads to Bears Falls. The height of the fall of the Bear Falls stream is about 40 meters. This is the most easily accessible and pleasant waterfall, near it rests and spends time a lot of tourists. Besides the fact that the waterfall itself is in a very beautiful place, the rapid and foamy stream of water literally crashes into the rock, as if trying to break through it, completing the picturesque landscape of rocks hanging from three sides, which at one time were broken by an earthquake. The smallest splashes scatter in all directions, forming a real cloud.

Day 7. Batan tract - Almaty.
08.00 Breakfast.
09.00 Return to Almaty (85km, 2 hours).
On the way home you can visit Issyk Lake. Issyk is a picturesque alpine lake surrounded by the extraordinarily beautiful nature of dense forests and wide flower fields. The lake is located at an altitude of 1760 meters above sea level, in the Issyk gorge of Trans-Ili Alatau.
